An apartment development, aimed primarily at investors, this series creates an iconic address in an emerging precinct.  Close to the river, parks and shopping the main road is well serviced by trams. This creates an ideal situation for development of a dynamic, contemporary design.

The clients involvement with the fashion industry influences the design aesthetic in part but underpins the concept entirely.
