About This Project

An apartment development, aimed at the owner occupier market, this elegant complex of homes overlooking Maribrynong Park on the river of the same name creates a new standard in quality apartment living in the inner west.  In close proximity to public transport, shops and recreational amenity the development presents an elegant and sophisticated presence.

The landscaped frontage has an aesthetic link with the park opposite and the articulation of the façade is organized around a strategy derived from careful evaluation of the level of privacy required to and from each apartment.  Each balconies final treatment is the result of its unique environmental situation.  Like the tree branches and foliage, the façade’s final design is an organic ‘natural’ evolution.
