About This Project

Forming an L- shape around an existing (and re-purposed) Art Deco Hotel in Ascot Vale, Polo Club Apartments will contain 34 apartments over 5 levels. The design shares a dialogue with the existing hotel building drawing inspiration from its Art Deco style. The design will incorporate a semi private pocket park (where a car park currently exists) enhancing the public interface and providing amenity to the local residents.
