About This Project
This application is located in a precinct that is currently experiencing intensifying urban development to meet rising demands for medium density living in Melbourne’s outer suburbs. The subject site is 200m from Maroondah Highway/Whitehorse Road, Box Hill’s dominant urban spine, which contains one of the suburb’s most industrious activity centres and transport hubs, Box Hill Central.
